Urdhva Dandasana.  (Urdhva = up, danda = staff).  Develops strength in the neck, shoulders, abdomen and spine.
Dwi Pada Viparita Dandasana.  Dwi Pada = two feet, Viparita = inverted, Danda = staff,
Salamba Sirsasana.  Salamba = with support, Sirsa = the head.  One of the most important yoga poses.  Mastery gives one balance and poise, both physically and mentally.
